Construction of New Hotels and High-category Apartments Planned on Kopaonik

The amendments to the General Regulation Plan of the tourist settlement Lisina-Cajetina-Treska on Kopaonik (Block 4) enable the construction of new tourist capacities, high-category hotels, apartments and vacation houses, according to the parameters from the current Basic Plan, and as said, to the end of achieving the standards proscribed by the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the Kopaonik National Park.

The plan which the municipality of Raska has put up for public review envisages changes which entail the defining of the traffic connections of tourist features within said blocks with other tourist features, the optimal correction of the planned routes of block access traffic routes outside the state road and connecting with other parts of the tourist settlement; the expansion of the construction area in the south section of the area covered by the plan; the repurposing of the parcels from the planned basic apartment zone purpose into the hotel purpose and harmonization with the Rules of Development of Tourist Complexes within the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the Kopaonik National Park.

The area covered by the plan is 25 ha.

The public review of the amendments to the General Regulation Plan for the tourist settlement Lisina-Cajetina-Treska on Kopaonik (Block 4) will last until December 8, 2020.
