Two Mineral Water Springs in Torda up for Sale – Will “Jordan” and “Sveti Djordje” Be Bottled Again?
According to the ad, one of the facilities, with an area of 31 m2, which has the use permit, features a mineral water well around 300 meters deep. The other facility has an area of 15 m2 and is a mineral water well with a vat and lid above ground. This facility is owned by the seller and is unregistered.
The immovable property which has been put up for sale also includes a facility for the production of mineral water, with a total area of 440 m2, which has the use permit, as well as land in a construction area, with a total area of 2,072 m2.
The estimated liquidation value of this property, which is sold as a unit, amounts to RSD 35.9 million. The initial price at the public bidding is lower by half, and the potential purchasers need to pay a deposit of close to RSD 7.2 million. The public bidding will be held on June 7 at the Commercial Court in Kraljevo.
