Clinical Center of Kragujevac to Get New Building of 22,000 m2 – Tender for Designing Opened
The funds for the financing of the technical documentation have been provided from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, whereas the funds for the construction of the University Clinical Center of Kragujevac will be secured from a loan from the European Investment Bank.
The subject of the public procurement procedure is a service which encompasses the preparation of technical documentation, including the necessary research of the location, obtaining of opinions, requirements, authorizations, approvals and permits in line with the laws, regulations, rulebook and standards of the Republic of Serbia and the preparation of the technical part of the tendering documentation necessary for the execution of the public procurement procedures for the execution of the works on the reconstruction, extension and construction of the facilities and the development of the ground floor areas of a part of the clinical center complex, to the end of modernizing the University Clinical Center of Kragujevac.
The preparation of the technical documentation which is the subject of the public procurement entails the harmonization and amending of the existing technical documentation of the Main Project 2012 in line with the needs of the Ministry of Health, the existing regulations and norms of the Republic of Serbia and the current planning documentation.
The Main Project 2012 entails the construction of a new facility with a total gross developed floor area of around 19,275 m2, a basement, ground floor plus five floors and a loft and an underground heated corridor to the existing Emergency Center.
The selected designer is obliged to harmonize the technical documentation for the facility from the Main Project 2012 with the needs of the procuring entity and the valid regulations and norms, and it is also necessary to envisage the addition of a type floor, along with the existing floor, so the existing gross developed floor area of the facility will amount to around 22,000 m2.
Let us remind that the minister of health of Serbia, Danica Grujicic, recently announced that the construction of the new University Clinical Center of Kragujevac should begin at the end of 2024.
Bids may be submitted by May 10, 2023.
