She told Beta that, with the opening of the company in Serbia, Magnus Aircraft would be able to more intensively dedicate itself to the market of Serbia, but also the whole region.
– The plan is for Serbia to be the center of operations and the main location for business development, support to the existing, but also future owners of our aircraft and other activities, for both Serbia and the Balkans region – Kostadinovic said.
She added that, although Magnus Aircraft was now a sales representative for light aircraft, the long-term plans did not exclude the possibility of assembling or producing components for light aircraft in Serbia.
The parent multinational company, based in Hungary, is specialized in the production of several types of light aircraft, and the company’s seat is in Pecs.
Kostadinovic said that the future of aviation lied in ultra-light aircraft which could be used for transport for the needs of private business, pilot training, overseeing and military purposes.
