Famous tourist ethno complex "Anđelija Mišić" on auction

After millions of investments and six years of construction of "Anđelija Mišić" complex in Koštunići, beneath Ravnom Gora, the entire undertaking became – bankruptcy debtor. The sale of the unfinished hotel "Milica i Panajota" (planned to be a four-star hotel) has been announced recently, as well as the sale of ethno house, villa "Suvoborka", restaurant "Ravna gora", 10 outbuildings, Prodanović's store (ethnomuseum), factory halls, boiler rooms and 7 other facilities and 10 ha of land.

New owner will be known on April 26. The estimated value of the property is 7.8m EUR.

The largest creditor is Yugimport SDPR, while the owner of the major part of land under facilities and outside them and 13 parcels on surface of 8 ha is Greek company Hitec Defens from Athens.
