The Russian Zarubezhneft and the Croatian INA, the Slovenian Petrol and Cordux are the four players which have submitted offers for the purchase of OMV gas stations totaling some 150 million euros, Lider finds out via its confidential sources.

One of these four players at the oil market could therefore become the owner of the OMV stations in Croatia and possibly in BIH. Namely, according to the last information, it is still not known whether the Austrian OMV opted for the separate sales of its Croatian and Bosnian stations or for the package sales.

- These things always happen in silence - SEEbiz portal interlocutor says.

As this portal reminds, at the end of last year, the Austrian oil giant announced the market retreat from Croatia with 63 stations and BIH with 28 stations.

Lukoil and even Gazprom Neft have been mentioned recently as interested parties besides INA and Zarubezhneft.
