Thanks to Customer Experience, Improvement Made in Algorithm of Moveo Product, Which Detects Nerve Damage – Penetration of American Market Too
Let us remind, this is a technology in the form of a mobile app which monitors the neurological health of the users. Moveo monitors movements and uses the most modern artificial intelligence to detect nerve damage – something that occurs in people with diabetes and various other implications.
Thanks to the experience of the customers, which the company places first, they have continued developing the product. All suggestions and complaints were considered a priority, and what stood out among them is that the customers want to have their Moveo results interpreted as clearly as possible, but also that they don’t want a medical approach in the software they use at home.
– Moveo is now a much different platform than just nine months ago. Now, in addition to the test, which aims to act as a “scale” for the nerves, it can also explain to the user in a nice and elegant way what it means for them and then give them general advice about how they can improve their state. All this would not have been possible without our test users, who have shown us what Moveo should in fact be as a product – Vladimir Jeftovic, the director of Divs Technology, says for eKapija.
He points out that Moveo has gone a long way from a hardware product to a pure software product:
– Working on improving the algorithms, we have managed to achieve the same degree of precision of the algorithms and with only one spot on the body from which data are collected. That meant that we no longer had to have “custom hardware” and that we could use a smart clock as the primary data acquirer. Also, Moveo can be used with just a mobile phone, and that has brought us six to ten times more potential users.
On the other hand, the abovesaid has enabled the scaling of the product and the possibility of placing the product to foreign customers as well. To be more precise, Moveo has also been launched in the USA, and the primary focus are the markets of Texas, Washington and Florida. They are in contact with several diabetics associations in the USA and they hope that it will soon become a new channel for the placement of their product.
– Also, Moveo is part of Katapult’s invitation K23. We are currently actively working on gathering customers in the USA and we hope to expand our team soon – Jeftovic concludes.
Moveo has a potential 250,000 users in Serbia
Moveo is an informative-educational product which is meant primarily for persons who have prediabetes or diabetes (diabetes mellitus type 1 and type 2), for the evaluation of movements, and to the end of a proper monitoring of the damage to the peripheral nervous system caused by diabetes.
In our country, this technology has over 250,000 potential users, because there are around 800,000 people who suffer from diabetes in Serbia, and around a half of them have diabetic polyneuropathy. The number of people with prediabetes is even higher.
