Zorka Opeka Presents New Sound Insulation Product – Klimabloc 20 AKU to Become Available at the Beginning of the Next Building Season

We live in a fast, modern, expensive time; and yet we have no time.

We live in cars, on concrete; the workplace has become the new home, because we almost never leave work; we bring others’ needs into our houses/apartments, burdening ourselves and our families, as well as our time, and we still have no time.

Of the thirty days that a month of, not life, but work, takes, we only have a few days to rest, fulfilling our own and others’ wishes and needs. Still, every evening and every night we need peace and we need a good sleep, we need quiet in our home or apartment; the quiet that stopped being a luxury a long time ago.

In the time of the internet, mobile phones, electric cars, where data and information are the biggest global brand, an average apartment purchaser does not have time to learn about the quality, the luxury, the necessary things that they are buying; the average buyer believes that they are informed, because the data say so. As everyone, the average purchaser buys with emotion, putting in the background practically the only thing that they should be interested in.

Paying attention to the market, Zorka Opeka stopped producing and selling luxury a long time ago – because, what was once bought by only a few is now sought by everybody, and we unfortunately do not have the capacity for everybody. Our production is as modern as it can be, the quality control is at an extremely high level, and the raw material is the only one that can produce a façade brick that can last for decades. That raw material is used in the production of Klimabloc, which is now already a necessity, and which arose from luxury.

Luxury apartments must not be called that just because they have loud TV sets, smart fridges, gray or white tiles, anthracite or brown carpentry, lift garages or a balcony pool. These things certainly help the apartment stand out compared to an average one, but apartments need to have an energy grade and need to be sound-insulated.

In addition to Klimabloc 25 AKU, this is a product that will become available at the beginning of the next building season. It will be available exclusively to the clients who opt for the Klimabloc System, which means: an entire facility made of Klimabloc products. As our capacity is limited, we are not able to offer it to everyone, so we are using this opportunity to let apartment purchasers know: if the façade wall of the facility you’re looking at is not made of Klimabloc, the partition walls between the apartments are certainly not made of Klimabloc AKU.
