Second Attempt at Sale of Azotara Pancevo Falls Through
Azotara was put up for sale as a legal entity, at the initial price of around RSD 2.33 billion, nearly half the price from the first auction, which was also unsuccessful.
The most significant property is the complex of the artificial fertilizer and nitrogen compound factory in Pancevo, consisting of production, storage, administrative, infrastructural and auxiliary buildings, facilities and equipment.
The lot also includes movable property, that is, equipment, mechanization, claims and materials stock.
Azotara has been in bankruptcy since September 2018.
