Company "Putevi centar" announced intention for takeover of remaining 35% of stocks of "Putevi Užice"

Belgrade-based company "Putevi centar", the owner of 65% of "Putevi Užice", has announced the offer for takeover of remaining 35% of stocks of the road maintenance company from Užice.

According to the Law on takeover, the price in the offer can not be lower than 900 RSD per stock.

The stocks of "Putevi Užice" were the most interesting on the Belgrade Stock Exchange last week. The information that that company will be one of the builders of Horgoš-Novi Sad highway increased the value of its stocks by 60% in only three days, at 952 RSD.
