Two units of Magnohrom Kraljevo sold – Nelt buys FETP, Malbex Wbi buys SVO-TVO
Nelt bought FETP Kraljevo, which was sold as lot 2, at the price of RSD 98 million.
The SVO-TVO plant, sold as lot 3, was purchased by the Belgrade-based company Malbex Wbi for RSD 13.5 million.
The refractory material plant (FVM) in Kraljevo and Sumadija and Magnezit mines with facilities for exploitation and separation of refractory material ore in several locations, the entire equipment of FVM and exploitation rights in the fields of Sumadija and Magnezit mines, as well as the land owned by the bankruptcy debtor in the territories of Kraljevo, Cacak, Cajetina and Gornji Milanovac, failed to find a new owner. The initial price of this lot amounted to slightly under RSD 275 million.
Let us remind that the bankruptcy proceedings in Magnohrom were initiated on September 16, 2016, with the company's excessive debts as one of the reasons.
Nelt has confirmed the information about the purchase.
