Exhibition of catering equipment at Novi Sad Fair - October 9-12

Exhibition of catering equipment will be organized at the Novi Sad Fair between October 9 and 12, and it is intended for hotel managers, catering companies and members of craft unions. The aim of the exhibition is to present catering equipment, new technologies and trends in hotel and catering business.

The exhibition will include presentation of the latest model of thermo-equipment – convectomat of German manufacturer "Conwotherm", porcelain dishes of world-famous company "Rosental", exclusive lines of dishes and small inventory of Italian companies "Sabonet" and "Paderno", the latest technology of thermal blocks and neutral equipment of Italian manufacturer "Angelo Po", etc. All that will be presented on the booth of company "Monera".

Sombor-based "Interstil" will present the up-to-date tendencies in field of improvement of food preparation technology of German manufacturer "Racional", that is, organization of the whole process at the surface of 1 square meter, with the top-quality thermal processing and catering system by HACCP standard. The booth of "Interstil" will also host demonstration of preparation of hot meals "Cooking life".

One segment of the Tourism Fair is the Exhibition of food and drinks where the manufacturers of ready-made food products, as well as traders in food products, present their product portfolios to catering workers, hotel managers and tourist centers in the country and abroad.
