Share Fund to sell 46% of stocks of "Invest biro"

The Share Fund of Serbia has announced that it will offer the package of 46.46% of stocks of real estate leasing company "Invest biro" [INVB] from Belgrade for sale on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, on March 13th, at the starting price of 674,000 RSD.

According to the ad, total of 2,696 stocks owned by that fund will be offered for sale at minimum price of 250 RSD per stock.

The deadline for applications for participation in the auction and submission of guarantees in amount of 674,000 RSD is March 10th.

According to the data of the Central Securities Registry, remaining 53.54% of stocks are owned by minor stockholders. Current price of stocks of "Invest biro" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 100 RSD. They appeared on the market on January 22nd, and they have not been traded so far.
