Jedinstvo Sevojno to take over Novi Pazar Put
The public bid will be sent to minority shareholders, which own 22.7% of shares, following the approval by the Securities Commission, Wisebroker reports.
Uzicki Putevi, the majority owner of Novi Pazar Put until now, had net revenues of RSD 1.3 billion and a net profit of RSD 64.2 million in 2015.
