Vršac-based Brewer on Belgrade Stock Exchange starting from January 30

Vršac-based "SL Brewer" will be included in the trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange starting from January 30, and the price of stock will be 500 RSD. According to the decision about trading outside the stock exchange, 1.279m stocks of the brewery, which is a part of "Swisslion Takovo" concern, will be offered for sale on the stock exchange.

Incomes of Vršac-based brewery in 2006 amounted to 226.43m RSD, 54.457m RSD of which were business incomes, while the expenses amounted to 468.588m RSD, 226.402m RSD of which were business expenses. The company had net loss in amount of 242.157m RSD.

At the end of December 2006, total assets of "SL Brewer" amounted to 781.213m RSD, 319.539m RSD of which was the value of fixed assets and 16.410m RSD was the value of capital funds. Administrative building and beer production units of 12,249.75 square meters and office space, sheds and warehouses of 529.97 square meters in Vršac are under mortgage.

The share of "Swisslions Takovo" in the brewery is 91.16%, 7.43% is owned by physical persons who have less than 0.1% each, whereas 1.41% is public property.
