Aerodromi Srbije founded - Soon flights to Kraljevo
As the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure of Serbia said in a release, Air Serbia will be able to fly ATR-72 aircraft to Kraljevo right away, while landing at that airport for all other airplanes from Air Serbia's fleet should be possible at the end of this or early next year, after an additional equipping is done.
The primary tasks of the Aerodromi Srbije company will be to manage, develop and maintain the airport infrastructure in Serbia. Until it starts commercial activities, the company will be financed from the budget of Serbia with RSD 10 million a year. The headquarters of this company with two employees, one of whom is Acting Director Predrag Babic, will be at Nikola Tesla Airport. All the professional and other assistance to the newly formed company will be provided by the management of Nikola Tesla Airport.
