Construction of the Sheraton hotel started in Podgorica
Next year, Podgorica will, apart from "Hilton", get another hotel of world reputation - "Sheraton". "Abu Dhabi Financial Group" (ADFG), the owner of "Atlas Capital center", successfully ended negotiations with world famous hotel chan. In "Atlas center" , they will open a hotel where USD 11 m will be poured in construction, Vijesti finds out.
In the center of Podgorica, on the foundations of the cult hotel Crna Gora, Hilton whose completion is expected also in mid-next year is being built.
After completely taking over ownership over splendid business and residential complex ADFG opened Hard Rock Cafe, the first one in the region where EUR 2,5 m was invested. In the tower above "Hard Rock" Café , "Sheraton" with more than 120 rooms and other facilities typical for a five-star hotel will be opened.
The works, in line with the information of Vijesti, have already started while more intensive ones are expected in the fall. "Vijesti" have previously written about the plans of ADFG for "Atlas Capital Center", where their headquarters for investments in this part of Europe is.
