Construction of Wind park Kula started - MK Fintel Wind pours EUR 15 m
MK Fintel Wind, joint venture of
Italian Fintel Energia Spa, public company operating at the Italian stock
market and MK Group d.o.o, started construction of wind park near Kula, with
installed power of 9,9 MW and the completion of works is expected by
October 31, 2015.
The facility comprising three Vestas wind generator, 178 meters tall will
produce 27.000.000 Kwh of green energy which is enough for nearly 8.000 households.
MK Fintel Wind invested nearly EUR 15 m in the project of construction of Wind
park Kula.
This project will enable work for 50
employees, and construction of the second wind park totaling EUR 11 m will
start soon. It will be located near Vrsac and will supply some 5.500 households
with green energy.
MK Fintel Wind, set up in 2007, is one of the first companies in Serbia which operates
in production of green energy through
wind power plants and solar plants and it is currently the most important
investor in this field in Serbia with project with the power of 300 MW.
