Take a peek into one of most luxurious estates in Serbia!

Get to know Serbia in order to love it more, and then, when you think you've mastered that material, there is always some new surprise for you. The word is that one of the most luxurious estates in the country is situated between Coka and Kikinda.

It is a castle built in 1896 and completely renovated in 2006. The central part of that rectangular ground floor building features a portico with a roof structure supported by four built columns. There is a stylish staircase in the middle, with a fence made of wrought iron. Before the entrance is a park designed with taste.

No money was spared on the reconstruction, so that the fence alone cost as much as the construction of 14 regular houses. The beautifully regenerated park now features a swimming pool with a hot tub and all other things one needs to enjoy warm days.

This castle and the estate were used by an Italian businessman, who is said to have been spending three days a week at his office in Belgrade and four in his oasis in Banat. The moment he left our country, this estate was put up for sale.

If you are willing to own a castle spanning about 2,000 square meters and featuring 13 rooms with 24 beds, office spaces, restaurant, kitchen, sauna, pool, fitness, massage and wine tasting rooms, the price is negotiable, but we've learned it is below EUR 1 million.

That price also includes a completely equipped winery spanning 316 square meters, 240-square-meter house for the concierge, horse stable, and a swimming pool with a hot tub.

There is also a vineyard on the estate, and the money one would make by selling the wine made would be enough to cover the costs of maintenance of the estate, and if you buy additional 50 hectares of land, you can develop a good business.

The facility can serve tourist and hospitality purposes, and it is also a good venue for shooting movies.

The new owner will probably again be a foreigner because not many such castles in Europe are offered for sale.
