The fifth real estate fair and conference Belgrade Real Expo (BelRe) was opened today on the top floor of Usce business center in Belgrade.
Opening the expo, Foreign Investors Services CEO Milan Parivodic said that the global economic crisis had not hit Serbia in the sphere of mortgage securities because the country had not had such securities, but he also stated that we had felt a serious liquidity crisis and a lack of foreign investments.
Therefore, as he explained, it is of exceptional importance to organize events like BelRe to stimulate new investing and promote investment projects in our country.
- BelRe conference will point the state to the necessity of adoption of regulations that would improve the fields of construction, real estates, and property issues - said Parivodic.
BelRe has gathered building companies, investors, contractors, consultants, mediators, representatives of market chains and distributors, as well as all those who sell, buy or rent properties.
As the organizers announced, during the two-day expo, foreign and domestic investors will be able to see relevant and quality projects and talk about "hot" topics of the investment market development in Serbia and the region.
