Israeli "Big CEE" starts construction of shopping park in Novi Sad

Israeli "Big CEE" Group (Big Central European Estates Group) is about to start construction of its first trade center in Serbia in Novi Sad, in which 60m EUR will be invested.

"Big CEE" is going to have a shopping park with retail space at 32,000 square meters built in Novi Sad. The Shopping park should be finished in the last quarter of the next year, and company BIG CEE has hired exclusive leasing agent "King Sturge" .

- It will be the first shopping park out of ten that "Big CEE" plans to open in Serbia and invest about 500m EUR in them - people from that Israeli company said today (November 13, 2009).

"Big CEE" shopping park should also be opened in Belgrade, Niš, Subotica, Jagodina, Šabac, Kragujevac, Zrenjanin, Kruševac and Čačak, and the company from Israel has already bought building land in some of these cities.

- We believe that we are close to the end of the economic crisis and that the time is right for investments. Our aim is to offer everything to the customers, from basic groceries to exclusive brands and goods at the most favorable prices - Robert Jahav, the Director of "Big CEE" Group in Serbia, pointed out.

It is stated in the announcement that shopping parks will be situated in the outskirts of the cities.
