Marketing company "Jugoslavija-publik" on auction on May 29th

- Marketing company "Jugoslavija-publik", the owner of multistory building the very center of Belgrade, will be offered for sale on May 29th at the starting price of 125.5m RSD - the Privatization Agency announced today (April 2, 2009).

According to the public invitation, the estimated value of capital is 784.15m RSD, that is, 8.3m EUR, while the starting price is 125.5m RSD, that is, 1.3m EUR.

Marketing and publishing company "Jugoslavija-publik" has an administrative building at 2,110 square meters in Knez Mihailova Street in Belgrade’s center, an outlet at 31 square meters in the trade center at the Republic Square, a warehouse at 2,135 square meters and an administrative building at 560 square meters on the Pančevo road in Krnjača.

The deadline for submission of application forms for participation in auction is May 21st, 2009, while the mandatory deposit amounts to 62.7m RSD, that is, about 662,000 EUR.

"Jugoslavija-publik" has 22 employees.
