1m EUR for refurbishment of hotel "Đerdap"

Kladovo-based hotel "Đerdap" is going to add the fourth star to the existing stars. Namely, thorough refurbishment of this hotel, which is situated on the very bank of the Danube and has 330 beds and suites, is underway, and stock company "Đerdap turist” will invest 1m EUR in it.

According to the plan, six out of existing eight hotel floors will be opened for guests in few days, while the refurbishment of the remaining two floors should be finished in April. Football clubs Grafičar and OFK Beograd will be the first guests in this year’s season in Đerdap. According to the people from "Đerdap turist", there will be plenty of work during this spring and summer, the best proof of which is the announced 50,000 overnight stays.

Refurbishment of café Srbija in Kladovo will have to be postponed for next year because significant funds have been invested in refurbishment of hotel "Đerdap" in 2009. Kladovo’s Srbija is a national restaurant that was built in 1852 and, after the adaptation, the café will get a traditional ethnic looks.
