Novi Sad offers parcel for construction of eight-floor building in Evrope Blvd – Land for sale in another four locations

Novi Sad has auctioned several plots of building land, among them the parcel in the Evrope Blvd, meant for the construction of an eight-floor building.

The initial price of the parcel is RSD 251.3 million, The plot of land takes up more than 3,200 square meters and is located on the very corner of the Evrope Blvd and the Aranji Janosa Street, not far from the roundabout linked to the Patrijarha Pavla Blvd, where several skyscrapers were raised earlier.

In addition to this parcel, the Novi Sad Administration for Building Land and Investments has also offered a plot of land of 374 square meters in the Kornelija Stankovica Street, slightly ahead of the Evrope Blvd roundabout, which allows for the construction of a five-floor building with a loft. The initial price of this parcel amounts to slightly over RSD 45 million.

Two building parcels meant for commercial features have also been offered, one on the Temerin Road, with an area of 283 square meters, at the price of RSD 4.1 million, and another in the Work Zone North II in the Nova Street, north of the Puta Novosadskog Partizanskog Odreda Street, with an area of 3,185 square meters, at the price of RSD 18.8 million.

In addition to the parcels, another one, meant for the construction of a family house, has been offered. It is located at BB Milana Savica Street, has 457 square meters, and the price Is RSD 4.7 million.

All these parcels will be put up for public auction on May 3 at the Novi Sad Administration for Building Land and Investments.
