Zepter has offered 20m EUR for the stocks of the Institute and 150m EUR worth of investments within next three years.
Austrian Group "Cristof" has offered 25m EUR for 56.48% of stocks of the Institute and 9m EUR worth of investments in the existing facilities within next five years.
Since both companies are without any experience in health care business, they decided to let expert institutions run the Institute: Austrians brought Russian company "Mess swiss", while Zepter introduced Slovenian company "Terme Olimpia".
The decision about the sale to Zepter is going to be forwarded to the Privatization Council of Montenegro.
