The City
Administration for construction Land and investments in Novi Sad announced sale
of construction land in the public property of the city, and cadastral plots in
Nova street, north of Novosadski partizanski odred, , in the work zone North II.
The area occupies 3,185 m2, and it is planned, as stated, for work activities
in the field of tertiary and secondary sector of economy.
The site is, as it is added, equipped with street water supply and sewage
installations, and in the program of regulation for 2017 there is plan
comprising construction of medium-voltage duct. As an access, there is
constructed asphalt road.
Initial price totals RSD 19,7 m.
Public auction will be held July 26 while deadline for applications is a day earlier.
