At today’s meeting, the Assembly of the City of Belgrade made a Decision on development of changes and amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan for the area along Juzni bulevar. It is the location between Maksim Gorki, Sumatovacka, Djerdapska and Gospodara Vucica streets for the first stage of detailed regulation plan development comprising the ninth local community Vracar.
More specifically, the boundary refers to the space between Juzni bulevar, Vardarska, Sumatovacka and pedestrian path with connections to roads and infrastructure to the extistin i.e. planned network. Total space is three hectares, Slobodan Dimitrijevic, assistant city secretary for city planning and construction affairs outlined at today’s meeting of the city assembly.
This change is a planned basis for providing information on location, location permits as well as for development of planning and technical documents. At this location, a multifunctional cultural space i.e. Art pavilion Lana Bekavac will be built. The Center for planning of urban development is in charge for the plan document t change with the deadline of six months.
