"Telenor" divided world into six roaming zones and six tariff systems

Company "Telenor" announced that, starting from February 1, 2007, it would introduce the new tariff system for voice and SMS services in roaming for its postpaid users.

Total of 150 countries all around the world have been classified into six zones, each of which has its own unique price, which makes it possible for the users to have simple insight into the prices of roaming in the countries where they travel to, the clear survey of services and complete control over phoning expenses abroad.

The price of incoming and outgoing calls and sent text messages within one zone is the same disregarding where the user is located, which network it uses and what the destination of the call is.
