"Dunav osiguranje" became majority owner of company "Kosig Dunav osiguranje" from Banja Luka

Starting today (December 21, 2006), company "Dunav osiguranje" is the majority owner of "Kosig Dunav osiguranje" with the headquarters in Banja Luka. "Dunav osiguranje" now owns 59.5% of stocks of the company from Banja Luka.

- With the procurement of the stock share of Nova banka Bijeljina, "Dunav osiguranje" became majority owner of "Kosig Dunav osiguranje", in which it had 28.8% of stocks - said general manager of company "Dunav osiguranje" Mirko Petrović.

He pointed out that the aim of company "Dunav osiguranje" was to secure dominant presence in Republic of Srpska and to continue regional expansion.
