MK-Fintel Wind gets location permits for wind turbines in Veliko Gradiste
MK-Fintel Wind, an Italian-Serbian company engaged in renewables, obtained location permits from Serbian authorities on Thursday (19 December 2013) to set up wind generators with a total capacity of 30 megawatts (MW) in the municipality of Veliko Gradiste, the Italian company Fintel Energia Group said in a release.
According to that release, these permits are issued for wind farms in locations RAM, Duav 1 and Dunav 2. According to Serbian laws, the holder of these permits is to get a building permit within 90 days.
In order to finance projects valued at about EUR 45 million, Fintel Energia has signed a series of preliminary agreements with leading international banks, the release reads.
The project calls for the construction of nine wind turbines with a capacity of 3.3 MW each.
