Vrsacki Vinogradi put up for sale - Starting price at public auction set at EUR 17.6 million

The Privatization Agency today published an ad to sell part of the movable and immovable property of the Vrsacki Vinogradi company by public auction.

Starting price at the first public auction is set at EUR 17.6 million, which is also the market value of this property that includes buildings, land, vineyards, forests, wine supplies, etc.

If the first public auction ends in failure, starting price at the second auction will be set at 51 percent of the market value - EUR 8.9 million.

The deadline to submit applications for participation in the public auction expires July 18th.

The public auction will be held July 26th on the premises of the Privatization Agency.
