Factory "14. oktobar" to export products worth 40 million CSD, last-year profit - 31 million CSD, so far without strategic partner

Industry of Machines and Components "14. oktobar" from Krusevac did the business well since it realized, according to final account for the year 2004, profit of 31 million CSD.

"14. oktobar" has signed the 40 million CSD worth of pre-contract on export for the next five years and it expects to sign the contract for another export job worth €25m.

Soon the annual meeting of road maintenance workers of Serbia will be held on Jastrebac mountain, on the occasion of which they will talked about the export of building machines. Also, sugar plants announced that they would buy 40 loading shovels ULT - 140 CK.

Production plan in 2005 amounts to €20m. It includes design of machines, devices, equipment and services for domestic market and export.

Tender for sale of 55% of State-owned capital in IMK "14. oktobar" was announced on December 1, 2004, and the deadline for purchase of tender documentation expires in April. So far, there was no interested candidates.
