Bad news for Kragujevac. Industry of car lighting Schefenacker, Germany, not to have factory built in Šumadija

The negotiations between Kragujevac's City authorities and German company Schefenacker, which was interested in building units for production of light equipment/car mirrors for automobiles, failed. Potential partner moves to Slovenia. German company gave up because of, as they say, political situation in the country, social tensions and economic environment. Let us remind you that the plan was that 16,000 square meters of halls be constructed on 4.8 ha and 600 workers employed already in 2005.
