"MK Commerce" bought "Labudnjača" for 2.5m EUR
"MK Commerce" from Novi Sad became the owner of 70% of public assets in agricultural company "Labudnjača" from Vajska.
The contract, which was signed on August 9, implies that "MK Commerce" must pay 2.5m EUR for the assets of the company that were sold on tender, as well as that "MK Commerce" must realize investment program worth 2,077,200 EUR.
The bids for procurement of 70% of public assets in "Labudnjača" have been sent by "MK Commerce", trade company "Jabuka" from Belgrade, consortium "Jugotrade", "Ehom" and "Selekolor" from Belgrade and "Home art and sales services" from Switzerland.
Company "Labudnjača" deals with growing of cereals and other crops, such as mercantile corn, soybean, sugar beet and sunflower, and raising of pigs, chickens and young cows. It owns silos, kilns for cereals and poultry production facilities, as well as agricultural land of total surface of 14,392,604 square meters.
