Works in Indjija - Construction of seven factories underway in Srem's municipality

On the territory of Indjija, finishing works on the construction of the facilities of companies that should start operating in that municipality until the end of 2012 are now underway, and so are the works on the construction of new factories that started this year.

Works on the construction of a factory of the world's largest manufacturer of pumps - Denmark's Grundfos, are being carried out on schedule. The administrative building is already completed, and so is the roof on production units. This factory is expected to be put in operation until the end of this year.

Indjija's IT Park, for which the foundation stone was laid this spring, is under construction on a land lot situated next to the factory of Denmark's Grundfos. In addition to the largest facility - Building B, which should be about 8 meters high, the ground floor is being built, and one can already see parts of the facilities whose first phase of construction should be finished until the end of the construction season in 2013.

A production plant of Belgium's Energozelena is completed, and now the work on the space surrounding the plant is underway. The company that will engage in environmental management of animal waste will start a trial production next month, which should be followed by the official commissioning of the plant.

The company Stirg Metall has completed its production plant, machines have arrived, and the staff moved to the administrative building last week. The factory situated in the southeast industrial zone currently has two shifts of workers producing casings for air conditioners for trains.

Construction of Savabien's factory in the same industrial zone is close to end. Machines are due to arrive soon, so that the production is expected to kick off in September. It took only 40 days to finish the construction of this factory.

Novi Slankamen will get a new ULO cold storage plant. People at the collective farm Vocar will be able to use their storage capacity at this plant as of September, when all the works will be completed and the cold storage plant will be officially put in operation.
