"Erste bank" from Austria became full owner of former "Novosadska banka"

Austrian "Erste bank" announced that it became the owner of 99.99% of stock capital of "Erste Bank" in Novi Sad, former "Novosadska Banka" on May 4, 2006.
"Erste bank" bought additional 17,740 stocks or 4.41% of assets from the minor stockholders at price of 219 EUR per stock.
Let us remind that "Erste bank" increased its share in "Erste bank" Novi Sad from initial 83.3% to 95.6% during Autumn 2005.
