Lubricant Factory FAM Kruševac to be sold until end of 2005, interested companies - MOL, INA, OMV...
Employees of Lubricant Factory in Kruševac, which is part of Petroleum Industry of Serbia, will most probably form the consortium that will take part in tender for privatization of that factory. The sale is expected to take place in second half of 2005. So far, MOL, OMV and INA are interested in FAM.
In 2004, FAM increased export by 44% and succeeded in returning to all markets of former Yugoslavia. Besides 90% of domestic market, they succeeded in winning markets abroad. Its profit in 2004 was increased by 24% (it amounted to 56 million CSD).
