International Conference SEE Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Summit on September 29 in Sofia

The #1 motivational speaker outside the USA, according to the Global Guru ranking – Jim Lawless, will be the expert guests of the biggest innovations and technology forum in Southeast Europe, SEE Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Summit. The even will be held on September 29 in Sofia, organized by the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST) and the Bulgarian Startup Association (BESCO).

The conference will deal with the most current topics of high-tech services in the region and be held under the motto “SEE Region as a Growth Engine”.

SEE Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Summit (SEE ITS Summit) will bring together the leaders of the leading tech companies and startups in Bulgaria and the countries in Southeast Europe. The topics to be discussed at the summit are trends and prognoses in the development of the business service industry and the tech sector in the context of Industry 5.0, ESG principles, cyber security and the increasingly sophisticated artificial intelligence tools, as well as the role people play in those processes. The forum will also be a platform for exchanging experiences in the field of innovations and technology transfer in the region. As part of the event, a report on the development of high-tech industry in SEE, per country and potential in each of the markets, will be presented.

The main goal of the conference is to support the development of the business ecosystem in SEE and to position the region as a leading destination for high-value and high-growth services.

At a special ceremony, the International SEE ITS Awards will be handed out, where the most successful companies in the region, examples of good practices in the knowledge industry, the pro-activity of local authorities and the mutual relations between the actors in the whole business ecosystem which contribute to its development, will be presented as well.

Awards will be handed out in 10 categories – Business Transformation of the Year, Employer of the Year, Service Provider of the Year, Technology Startup of the Year, Innovation of the Year, IT Product of the Year, CSR Initiative of the Year, Best Resilience Project of the Year, Business-Educational Cooperation of the Year and ESG Leader of the Year.
