Zlatibor Courting “Lux” Clientele – Construction of Golf Courses Near Lake Ribnica and Residential Villas Planned

The preparation of the project documentation for the construction of golf courses for the Lake Ribnica area on Zlatibor is in progress, announced the president of the municipality of Cajetina, Milan Stamatovic. This part of the draft version of the project of the future Gold City also features residential villas and other features required for a new clientele – Stamatovic announces in a statement for the e-publication of the Tourism Organization of Zlatibor.

Ahead of the jubilee – 130 years since the beginning of the tourist history of Zlatibor – Stamatovic has announced new investments in tourism on Zlatibor.

– This year, we plan to complete the part of the sports courts in the location from Hotel Tornik down the gondola route toward Ribnica. Our most important and valuable project, Gold Gondola, has proven to be successful, so we are continuing the idea of the construction of another branch, from the interstation in Ribnica to Cigota. We will thereby unburden the gondola from the currently high number of passengers, and also put Cigota, which has considerable potentials for ski tracks and other types of tracks, in the function of adrenaline sports, mountain climbing, trekking. That is the project that we are looking at in the coming period – Stamatovic said.
