The Portuguese company with the seat in Belgrade which produces energy from alternative sources
CNJ NEO Energy is planning the construction of a wind farm and a solar power plant named Golubac in the eponymous municipality.
This is said in the detailed regulation plan, which is up for an early public inspection.
– The border of the planning area encompasses a part of the territory of the administrative area of the municipality of Golubac of around 180 ha, namely, parts of the cadaster municipalities: Branicevo, Vinci and Usije. The plan covers an area which is defined by the municipality’s spatial plan as an area suitable for the intended purpose and which stretches to the regional road Golubac - Veliko Gradiste (I-grade state road no. 25), along which, in the part of the cadaster municipality of Usije, a space is planned for the potential development of a solar power plant. The detailed regulation plan encompasses an area of cca 150 ha – emphasizes the DRP, which was prepared by
Projektura from Belgrade.
The total power of the planned wind farm is around 10 MW. This power is defined in line with the possibilities of connecting to the electrical energy system, whereas the plan will carry out an analysis in the architectural-urban planning sense for roughly three locations for wind generators for which there are no limitations in terms of realization. The plan also defines the possibility of the realization of the entire project in phases and a subsequent selection of the type of the wind generators and their individual powers, on which the total number of the realization locations for the installation of wind generators in line with this DRP will depend.
The public inspection of the DRP lasts until February 20.
