CBRE Confirmed Its Leadership Position: Awards for the Best Company in Two Categories
At the event that awards the best companies, projects and professionals from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, CBRE South Eastern Europe was selected for:
Project Management Company of the Year – the best company in the field of project management;
Agency of the Year - an award that combines the results of the Advisory and Transactions department regarding office, retail, industrial and logistics real estate, as well as residential.
– As these awards are given on the basis of annual performance and results, they represent an additional confirmation of our development, and I am especially glad that we were chosen as the best company in two very important categories, which established our leadership position – Boško Tomašević, Managing Director of CBRE South Eastern Europe (CBRE SEE), pointed out.
The awards were decided by a jury made up of more than 40 experts in the field of real estate, and CRE Awards recognitions related to the markets of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine were awarded for the fourth time.
– As these CRE Awards are established for the market of Central and Eastern Europe, I must mention that this is a joint success of CBRE SEE, CBRE Hungary and CBRE Czech offices. This kind of joint performance reflects the full strength of the CBRE and the importance of the synergistic approach that we provide to our clients – noted Tomašević.
