Due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Montenegro, it will be mandatory to wear protective masks in the following 15 days.

Director of the Institute of Public Health (IJZ) Igor Galic stated that, due to the increase in the number of infected and hospitalized, measures have been introduced, such as mandatory wearing of protective masks in all public administration institutions, in grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations.

- It is mandatory to wear protective masks in closed areas of the airport, train and bus stations. If these measures do not lead to an improvement in the situation in the coming period, the mandatory wearing of masks in all closed spaces will follow - said Galic, urging everyone who has not done so to be vaccinated.
