The bankruptcy supervisor of the aluminum processing company Nissal from Sremska Mitrovica has advertised the first public sale of immovable and movable property through the public bidding method.
Up for sale are production facilities in two lots, the first of which has a total area of 18,220 m2 and is located in KO Niska Banja. The initial price of this lot is RSD 277,795,904. The second lot consists of facilities with a total area of 25,448 m2 in KO Niska Banja and land of 67.24 ares, which is being sold at an initial price of RSD 318,727,389.
In addition to the facilities and land, the price also includes the accompanying machines and equipment.
Those who want to take part need to pay the deposit and purchase the sales documentation.
The auction will be held on August 9.
