Revolution to Revolutionize Commercial Real Estate

Revolution will offer more than 7,000 m2 of office space for renting. The building is located in an extremely attractive location on one Belgrade’s most famous boulevards — across from the Vuk's Monument, overlooking one of the most beautiful city parks and surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. It has good connections with the city center, as well as the highway, which takes you to the airport in 25 minutes.
The storeys will be integrated into the area around the Vuk's Monument, so that the lower parts up to the fourth floor will be connected to the neighboring buildings, says Sanja Svilar, Commercial Services Manager at Novaston Asset Management. The commercial property project fits into the city's General Regulation Plan, which provides for the expansion of Trnska, so that part of the building on the corner rises to an eight-story building 32 meters high.
– This will be a Class A office space that will spread across seven floors. Like any office building with modern design, Revolution will include retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. It will also have a convention center at the top — the fifth and last floor are intended for different events and conferences. The luxury office building is located in a very sought-after central city location and that is why its garage will have a capacity of 90 parking spaces – says Sanja Svilar, a commercial real estate expert.
According to her, just as the building’s name suggests, this is a “revolutionary approach” in construction and interior design that applies high environmental standards, as well as the latest COVID-19 prevention components, such as fresh air circulation in conference rooms, contactless door opening, and the like. The building will have a semi–enclosed indoor atrium, which will add to its pleasant ambience.
The Revolution’s investor is Granit Invest, a company with an extensive track-record in the construction industry, while the concept was authored by the renowned Belgrade studio Zabriskie.
