(BiH) Biggest Montenegrin Privatization-Investment Fund (PIF) Eurofond to enter BH capital market in May 2005
The biggest Montenegrin Privatization-Investment Fund, Podgorica-based "Eurofond", will start to invest in capital market of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the beginning of May 2005. Šotra Boiša, general director of "Eurofond", announced forthcoming procurement of stocks of companies and PIFs from BiH. Market capitalization of "Eurofond" is estimated to € 200 million. This fund prepared about €4m for realization of investments outside Montenegro, the one it will earn from sale of share of ownership in Montenegrin "Telekom" to Hungarian "Matav". Part of that amount will be invested in BH capital market.
