Faring Belgrade builds exclusive 2,700 square meters of office space – Dorćol Business Center
Behind the facade of the building erected at the end of the 19th century, the first building of “A” class in old part of Belgrade is going to appear. At the corner of Višnjićeva Street and Gospodar Jovanove Street company Faring is building Dorćol Business Centar. This modern building whose surface is 2,700 square meters will be finished by the end of January 2006. It will have 2 undergroung garages, attractive stores on the ground floor and 6 storeys of office space (244-362 square meters). The users will have to complete their office space by themselves.
The ceilings are 3.3 m high for the sake of realization of low ceilings of double floors. Central computer controls ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems. The system discovers and extinguishes fire, recognizes presence of gases and there are numerous alarms and video surveillance systems.
