Electric Power Company of Serbia to announce tender for electric meters by end of 2010 - procurement worth EUR 80m
The Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) plans to announce an international tender by the end of year 2010 for procurement of the equipment for measuring electric energy and managing consumption.
The value of the investment is about EUR 80m and it will be financed from the EBRD and EIB loans.
Technical characteristics of the equipment, which should improve the measuring of consumed electric power and the distribution system management and facilitate remote reading of consumption data, can be found on the website of EPS, which invited all manufacturers to get familiar with the required characteristics on time in order to be able to participate in the tender.
