Croatian Arena Hospitality Group Acquires Hotel 88 Rooms in Belgrade for EUR 6 Million
The value of the transaction is 45 million kunas, close to 6 million euros, the Seebiz portal reports.
The purchase of Hotel 88 Rooms in Belgrade is another turning point in the strategy of the expansion of the business operations of the Croatian group in Central and Eastern Europe, the press release says.
The group’s projects in the short term and the medium term include the repositioning of Hotel Brioni in Pula into a luxury high-category hotel with 227 rooms, the repositioning of the Stoja camp in Pula into a higher-category camp, the repurposing of a cult building in a top quality location in the center of Zagreb into a hotel with 113 rooms and the reconstruction of Hotel Rivijera in the center of Pula.
