CEO Summit Beograd – Business Leaders Summit is the most important business event of the year in Serbia and the only conference where all the speakers are the top managers, owners and chairpersons of the management boards of the most successful local, regional and international companies from the real and the service sector.

For the second year in a row, CEO Summit Beograd – Business Leaders Summit, which will be held ONLINE on December 2-3, 2020, provides answers to these questions.

CEOs, the companies they run and the countries they operate in are facing a great challenge, because early December marks one year from the first registered case of a COVID-19 infection. A few months later, on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization pronounced a global pandemic, which affected 180 countries of the world.

In these difficult conditions, which many economists are comparing to the Great Recession, there are companies which have not only managed to maintain their business but to upgrade it as well, primarily thanks to a quick adaptation to the new economic reality and innovations. The fourth industrial revolution, however, was not stopped by the epidemic. On the contrary, it has accelerated and become conditio sine qua non of a successful business.

The situation that the world is in today can be described as a new beginning, because “the new normal” requires new working and living habits, new sources of income, new, unplanned costs, while also requiring the governments to be more active in their efforts to mitigate the consequences of the pandemic and to create conditions for a quicker economic recovery, which is to follow.

The changes to come will not be natural and spontaneous. Instead, they will require new leadership skills. Those who recognize the opportunities and prepare on time can benefit considerably.

Over the two days of the event, the following speakers will address the audience:
