ICM Electronics installed robotic line for palletizing blocks in factory IMN Tulltorja
ICM Electronics has successfully installed robotic line for palletizing blocks in factory of building materials IMN Tulltorja from Landovice near Prizren. It is the second robotic line that improved the process of production in the factory and increased the productivity while reducing costs.
- Introduction of the second robot in the process of production is significant for us, primarily because our expenses are now smaller. Pallets now look much better, while the number of our workers is cut - said Oliver Curri, the Director of the brickwork.
ICM Electronics' robotic line comprises transport of products by cars, robots for transfer of blocks, transport of pallets with blocks and machine for putting products in stretch foil.
ICM also designed and realized complete control cabinet whose heart is programmable controller Siemens S7.
As a significant upgrade, ICM developed complete software for the robot-operator communication. The program for selection of products for palletizing and the programs for fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual regime of work of the line are run through "touch" terminal. That significantly facilitated the jobs of operator, technologist and maintainer. All the messages from the process and the process commands are available in both Albanian and Serbian language.
The brickwork in Landovice is the first project that ICM finished this year and the third implemented project in the brickwork industry over the last 12 months. Most Important News
